How do I check coverage for my shipment? +
Share the commodity, shipment value and any special handling requirements before booking. Ask our team for the applicable carrier insurance details and review the limits, exclusions and any need for additional coverage for your cargo.
Can I get payment terms? +
Yes. Submit a credit application to start a commercial credit review. Any approved credit limit and payment terms are confirmed separately in writing.
How does carrier quick pay work? +
Send the signed rate confirmation, bill of lading and proof of delivery. ACH quick pay is available the next business day at a 5% fee, or within 7 days at a 3% fee. Confirm payment instructions and any assignment of payment with our team before requesting it.
Do you handle cross-border freight? +
We handle freight between the US, Canada and Mexico. Share the route, cargo and your customs broker's details so we can plan the transport, border handoff and documentation requirements for your shipment.
