What happens after I register? +
Our team reviews your registration and may request additional information. Timing depends on the documents and checks needed. Registration is separate from approval for a particular load; contact us if you have equipment available for a time-sensitive opportunity.
How does quick pay work? +
After we receive the signed rate confirmation, bill of lading and proof of delivery, ACH quick pay is available the next business day at a 5% fee or within 7 days at a 3% fee. Confirm payment instructions and any factoring or assignment arrangements with our team before requesting it.
What should I review before accepting a load? +
Check the route, rate, commodity, weight, equipment, appointments and any special handling requirements. Tell dispatch about restrictions or conflicts before accepting, and review the written rate confirmation before loading.
When do I get the rate confirmation? +
You receive the written rate confirmation before loading. If it has not arrived, contact dispatch before proceeding.
