How long does setup actually take? +
Under an hour in most cases. The packet pulls your authority and insurance straight from FMCSA, so there is nothing to scan or fax — you e-sign on your phone and we can tender you the same day.
How does quick pay work? +
Send a signed rate confirmation, BOL and POD, then choose how fast you want paying: ACH quick pay the next business day at a 5% fee, or ACH quick pay within 7 days at a 3% fee. No factoring company, no notice of assignment and no minimum volume on either. Standard terms are Net 30 at no cost.
Do you force dispatch? +
No. You see the lane, the rate and the commodity before you accept anything. If it does not work for your truck, pass on it — it does not affect what we send you next.
When do I get the rate confirmation? +
Before you roll, every time. If the rate con is not in your inbox, do not load — call dispatch and we will sort it out.
