Auto Transport & Car Shipping

Most vehicles move perfectly well on an open carrier — it is how every new car reaches every dealership in the country. Enclosed transport exists for the cars where a stone chip is a real financial event: classics, exotics, show cars and anything with paint you cannot easily match.

The two questions that actually change the price are whether the vehicle runs and whether it fits the standard profile. A non-running car needs a winch and a carrier equipped for it. A lifted truck or a lowered sports car needs specific ramps.

Why shippers use us for this

Door to door as standard

We collect and deliver at your address wherever the truck can legally and safely get to it.

Condition report at both ends

Photographed inspection at pickup and delivery, so any dispute has evidence attached.

Enclosed when it matters

Hard-sided trailers with lift gates and soft straps for vehicles that should never see road debris.

How it works

Four steps, start to POD.

1

Tell us the vehicles

Year, make, model and whether each one runs. That is enough to price it.

2

Pick open or enclosed

We will tell you honestly when enclosed is not worth the premium.

3

Inspection and load

Driver photographs the vehicle, notes existing damage, and loads with soft straps.

4

Delivery and sign-off

Second inspection at delivery, compared against the first, then you sign.

Auto Hauling rate request

Tell us about the load.

This form asks for auto hauling-specific detail. Every mode prices on different inputs, so this is not a generic contact form — the questions below are the ones that actually change your rate.

Straight answers

AUTO questions.

How long does it take to ship a car across the country?
Coast to coast is typically 7 to 10 days from pickup. Regional moves under 1,000 miles are usually 2 to 4 days. Pickup itself normally happens within 1 to 5 days of booking, depending on how flexible your dates are.
Is my car insured while it is on the truck?
Yes. Every carrier we dispatch carries cargo insurance, and we verify the certificate before the vehicle is loaded. Coverage limits vary by carrier — tell us the value and we will match it to appropriate cover.
Can I put personal items in the vehicle?
Up to about 100 lbs in the trunk is generally tolerated, below the window line. It is not covered by the carrier's cargo insurance, and DOT rules mean carriers can refuse it outright. Anything valuable should travel with you.
Do you ship non-running vehicles?
Yes, but the carrier needs a winch and the price is higher. It is essential you tell us up front — a driver who arrives to find an unexpected non-runner will leave without it.
